About the event

Ayurveda, the knowledge of life is an Immersion program  organized by La Grace, Sri Aurobindo Integral Life Center and NAMAH, The  Journal of Integral Health

Ayurveda, translated as ‘the knowledge of life’, comes to us from  India and is one of the oldest known healthcare systems in the world.  Referred to as the ‘Mother of All Healing’, it is based on the simple  yet profound principles of Creation that can guide all aspects of our  life – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This timeless body of  knowledge offers us ways to restore and integrate our body-mind-spirit,  reconnect with nature, and live harmoniously with others, our  environment, and the universe at large. It is truly a holistic approach  to life!

Ayurveda, the knowledge of  life Immersion will help you to find more  balance and joy in your life. Their esteemed panel of speakers will  provide practical tools and applications for daily living, including  diet and lifestyle practices, self-care routines, daily regimes to  support a vibrant and healthy life, and more.

Enrich your life – Reclaim your inherent right to health, well-being, and happiness.

“A divine life in a divine body is the formula of the ideal that we envisage.” Sri Aurobindo

Cost: $65 for the entire 7-day immersion.
