With chronic diseases on the rise, Ayurveda offers the world simple, time-tested, holistic, and cost-effective solutions to prevent many of the imbalances that lead to disease.

Both Yoga and Ayurveda strive to help one return to an optimal state of balance and harmony encompassing a complete approach to well-being, mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

*Those registering for the Spring session have priority registration for subsequent sessions. The goal of Healthy Spirals Yoga Ayurveda Meditation is to attune you to the natural rhythms unique to each season and how the elements -- air, space, fire, water, and earth --influence YOU. A full year’s cycle is strongly encouraged. Registration remains OPEN until classes reach maximum capacity and fees will be prorated accordingly. Initial Ayurvedic Health Consultation Recommended- Not Required- Prior to Registering for Yoga Classes.
