Service Description
Monday - 4:00 - 5:15 pm (Call to be put on waitlist when class reaches minimum) Parent/Child Yoga & Ayurveda Learn more about your child’s unique elemental constitution in a group setting with yoga poses, breathing/meditation exercises, games, and related activities (ages 4-6 years). Minimum 4/Maximum 10 people 10 week session $250 (for one adult and one child) Clients can pay the entire amount either online or in-person.

Cancellation Policy - Healthy Spirals Yoga Ayurveda Meditation Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. It would be greatly appreciated if you could cancel at your earliest convenience to offer another the opportunity to book a session. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Groupon vouchers are subject to redemption for cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time slot and for all no-show appointments. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
